Private Dining Information & Services

Deposit Requirements
A tentative hold may be placed on a date for up to 24 hours. To confirm your event on a definite basis, a non-refundabe deposit is required along with a signed Terms of Agreement.
Private Room and Set-Up Fees
All Private Events are subject to a Room Rental Fee and a Food & Beverage Minimum.
 
Room Capacities
Wine Cellar  14 guests maximum
Odyssey Fireplace and Windows 55 guests maximum
Odyssey Room 100-200 guests maximum
 
Guest Guarantees
Guest guarantees are due 5 days prior to event date and may not be lowered after this date. Should the Private Dining Department not receive the guarantee, we will use the expected number of guests from the event contract as the guarantee, or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Final billing is based on the guarantee and is not subject to reduction.
 
Tax and Gratuities
All food and beverage are subject to a 20% Service Charge and current Sales Tax.

Food and Beverage
No food or beverage may be brought into Lovells of Lake Forest. Any leftover food and/or beverage remains the property of Lovells of Lake Forest. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
